Well, it's hard for me to say how much better it is, I personally prefer it because of the better lower part of the audio spectrum, it has a lot more kick in the bass than Le Monstre and as far as details and highs are concerned, I think they are equal, although some of my friends say that Le Monstre has more details though.

Count on some 3 - 4V voltage drop, which would roughly be 6-8W dissipation per regulator with 2A of current, for four regulators or stereo amplifier 36W max.@grunf What would be a minimum voltage drop with these your modified Walt Jung regulators? As long as the first led is bright? What would be a good regulator heatsink size to use for stereo Class A 25W amp supply?

Yes, this morning, but because of Sunday's family lunch, I didn't listen until tonight. I must admit that I am delighted, you can really hear the difference between the MMA0204 and the PTN SMD resistor. Even my wife feels the difference in the sound, which is no small thing🙂.
From now on, I will definitely use tantalum resistors in the signal path or wherever excellent characteristics are important and it has an impact on the sound itself.

PTN are better then RN , I tested in my regulators for AD811 , PNM are even better.Compared to the Vishay Dale RN series are also these PTN smd resistors better? If so then what would be the main difference in sound?

I would like to try this amplifier. I have ECW20N20 and 20P20. Can I use it in this amplifier?This should be the final version of the new PCB with tantalum resistors, the dimensions are 62x30mm. This is the smallest PCB I've made so far for an amplifier with discrete semiconductors. 😉
is it posibble share your regulator? We can apply it the same way. Maybe we can print pcb together for those who want to apply it..

20N20 and 20P20 will be more suitable for the version from post #56 or the classic version with a slightly higher voltage. The IF170A that I use has a lower Vds than the 2SK170A so in that case with a higher voltage the 2SK170A would be a better choice.
