DoGC amplifier under development

HI
I decided to build the DoGC amplifier since I own a Gain Clone amplifier based on Peter D. kit .
So I wrote to Dr. Bora for the information of the amp .
He was very helpful and the next morning I get the PC board layout with all the information .
Thank you Dr Bora !!!
I made my own PC boards .
I will post some pictures , the PC boars now populated about 80%but still I miss some parts .I ordered them from the Ebay .Hopefully at the next week I will receive them and after I can do some listening tests .
One more time I would like to thank Dr.Bora , for all the answer for my question and for the help.
I really appreciate your kindness .

nice construction.... i like condensers without plastic, result more serious, more

professional....more elegance....not alike condenser brand advertising.

Bora amplifiers and circuits are nice.... i have appreciated all units i have assembled.

I will listen the Techno once again....nice "projacala"

From Bora i dislike he has not time to be with us for too long.... his site is not written into the International (empire) language... and this turns hard the understanding...but i have nothing to say against him as a person and as a designer...also no criticisms to his amplifiers.

It is a real pity that is not written in english...as the language is International, all countries can read this language...the way it is only a few surrounding countries will have the benefit to read...i felt this not fair.

And for sure Doctor Bora will not translate...he had time enougth to do that since he perceived that need.... i have asked that more than one year ago... also have asked a Croatian friend that dennied to translate.... i think they may prefer this way.

My intention was to offer a "already done job" to Bora, to avoid him loose time translating...but i could not...the Croatian said was busy.

His amplifiers sounds really flat...there are no losses or emphasis into the audio band, distorts a very little, a lower distortion compared to a lot of others and shows enormous focus, excelent sound stage... clear nice sound.

regards,

Carlos

Hello Carlos

Yes all that is truth what you wrote but who has a little experience can understand the schematic and the amplifier measurements like how many watt produces , distortion etc.
Also Dr. Bora always answered all of my questions , he is very helpful . Even if I asked stupid question about changing some parts what have readily available at home he corrected me .
So I just want to encourage people who sympathize with Dr.Bora design do not be afraid you will get all the help from him .
Also you can get a lot of good information in these forum .
Thanks to all , especially to Dr. Bora .

Greetings

Frankly, Carlos is right about most of those issues he is talking about in his last post here, but there is really not much I can do about that. It is important to me that people understand it’s not because I am unwilling to help, but because that will impose unacceptable additional “load” on my already “congested” life! It already took a lot of my time and energy to make alone entire WEB site in my language, and I’ve done that primarily because there is relatively significantly reduced overall amount of information and finished reliable practical designs done in my language.

On the other hand, gaborbela is also right in his last post… “language of electronic” is sufficiently universal and international to allow anyone capable to read schematics and PCB layouts to build successfully any of my designs! Probably the best proof is that hundreds of people all over the World already build many of my designs with success without knowing a single word of Serbian language.

Yes... i do agree that electronic language is Universal

It is all rigth dear Bora.

I am glad you were here to answer into the first friendly "provocation" i have made.

thank you by the respect, and friendship, you have dedicated to my person as you have answered immediatelly my posts.

I am having good conversations, civilized talk with Sakis....not that i have forgot things he done, but because everybody deserves a second chance and he is behaving fine those last monthes.

To be with him, to talk with him, to be friendly with him, do not means i am giving my back to you or supporting his past behavior dennying your reasons... means only i am behaving the best i can into a civilized way.

I have a lot of respect and friendship dedicated to your person...please do not confuse my behavior alike someone that is changing the football club by another...it is not those things.

And i use to be very clear as you can see.

I am happy to inform you that i am listening Techno rigth now.

D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S !!!

regards,

Carlos

Your amplifier is really fine... i was very happy listening details when listen an

old CD from Elton John (1990)... i could listen some details that was absent into many others class AB amplifiers...very detailed and precise sonics.

I felt, when i have listen to it first time, that i would like a little bit more bass to the speakers i was using those days (2006)..... but...this one is perfect as i have increased (a little) the input condenser and the other one into the gain network (feedback),

Also, the now a days speaker, is another one that has no losses into the deep bass region... more flat and wider response into this one.

If i can call speaker systems as something flat...maybe "less unflat" will be better description to speaker drivers assembled into an enclosure.

It is sounding great!... and i could have information from your surrounding countries that Techno is considered one of the best ones you have made.... of course into this class, range of power, age, and complexity characteristics... it is very simple compared to other sophisticated ones into your wide range of amplifiers

Continue the good work Bora!... and send me the new ones to let my spies take some rest, as they are always sniffing your track

Carlos
