and the list is getting to be yet more smaller..
Of course, class D is taking over. 🙁
I've searched for the pdf on these; all I can find is in Japanese. Any available in English?
Seems that this is the classicals 2SA1943/2SC5200
with a new naming scheme..

Probably, maybe trying to counter all the fakes on the market, the Cob figures are better though so maybe some small improvements made and seems these are rohs compliant.
English datasheets are available from toshiba website.
After months of waiting for an order, Ive finally received Sankens latest range 2 weeks ago, these are marketed by allegro, after some tests and these are my new favourites.

The slightly better sepcs of TT1943/5200 is no more
than selection at the factory output chain of the better
devices, exactly the same way that processors of different
frequency are binned...

I have used MJL1302/3281 now in this:
Great...
These are great devices, too bad i did run out of the 30 pairs
genuine toshiba i once had but who could predict that they
would be faked industrialy?...
Pavel, did you compare them with the onsemi variants that
were displayed on your schematic?..
Just curious to know the eventual differences..

I wasn't being critical ...I was hoping to hear that it was the secret to a golden sound !
I've been one screw short for years !

Today I have found this offfer about this universal Toshiba power devices for audio output PP buffer stages.
Are there any experience about this supplier?
How about the risk of counterfeits resp. fakes ?
