Is it eminence 10cx? All other 10” coaxial drivers i have found seems to have less low frequency extension when i model boxes in a computer aided design software
My thoughts are that generally pro coaxial are not really meant for full range operations. I believe most of the time there is an expectation that there will be a woofer to augment it. The exception might be the coax from eminence.

Yes it seems so, i want something smaller then my 130 litre boxes with 12cx and 10cx seems to fit best
Celef, there’s a newer eminence KL3010CX-8 but it’s quite a bit more $$ Eminence KappaLite KL3010CX-8 10 inch coaxial speaker with lightweight neodymium magnet. The Eminence KappaLite KL3010CX-8 is a 10" 8 ohm coaxial speaker.

I don’t know, but syncronysticaly today i have been commissioned to do an Em-Ken10cx.

The Faital 10HX230 is a pretty nice driver. Should be easy enough to get to 40Hz in an ML-TL or similar.

Radian make some very nice coaxials.
But the fact is that almost all coaxials are aimed at pro use and, as such, are not meant for full range operation (they generally fall off at around 80Hz). Even 15" ones. So if you want to use it for hifi I would go for a 10" coax augmented by a 10" (or larger) sub. You'll need considerably more power for the sub than the coax.

FYI, high x-max and coaxials are not a great mix as high excursions will affect HF response.
Some other less commonly mentioned coaxials to check out are from Tannoy send KEF. Some of their installer series are suitable for hifi as well.

That is pretty close to how low the Beta 10cx will do in a 45 litre Em-Ken (F10).
Should be possible to go lower in an ML-TL.

Agreed.
A coaxial with woofer support makes a great 3-way, but if you have to make it a two-way something has to give.
Well, with a couple of 10" cones in a sensible-sized room, I don't think excursion would be a big worry. Then again, others might listen louder than me.
YMMV.

YMMV.

A new celestion might be of interrest, looks seriously rugged if not anything else:
Celestion FTX1025 - Coaxial Speaker
Celestion FTX1025 - Coaxial Speaker
fwiw I had Beta 10cx w. 1001S in a Karlsonator12 with Eminence's 2K5CX xover values - it was horribly bland and lackluster.
Mike Chua probably did a better xover lowpass and voicing with his Osprey adventures:
Osprey-II Revisited (Eminence 10CX with Selenium D220ti) – AmpsLab
12LTA (which I loathe as want more motor power) had a better midrange.
Karlsonator 12 is tuned very low @37Hz - that said, it would have been
difficult to overdrive Beta10cx in the LF.
btw, I've two NOS 10cx by Eminence with ~100oz magnet. (might be only 80 but seem heavier) Their
labels do not match up with Eminence's records.
They sold for $33 or so at Ebay

Beyma 10cx300Fe is one of the best 10" coaxials...Of course, there are always tannoys from newer production that are even better, but cost much more ofc.
May be better to employ separate waveguide and tweeter.
maybe, but i am kind of sensitive to lobing issues so i guess drivers for such a speaker would cost a lot more

yes, that one looks interesting, i hope it will be tested in the voice coil magazine

good to hear, what is your opinion of the sound quality so far? what is a "ken"?
