Hugh, any progress for the boards?
- I think I will make another "better breadboard" version and will maybe not need the board anymore... 🙂

Hi Lohk,
Regrettably, I've had to pull out of this project, after offering up the circuitry, the layout, a 100 hour job, has proven too much for me with my prresent work load.
Lohk, did you build and listen to it? Any reports on the sound quality?
Hugh

Not be rude or anything but this project is a day project or possibly two, 8-20 hours especially if you'll have to make new parts and also search suppliers.
I did not want to force/push anybody - I just wanted to inquire.
I made a very basic version which sounded actually quite nice, but was not done in a nice and neat way (just parts from the box and perfo-board), I wanted to wait for the pcb. The highest possible psu quality seemed to be predominant to me.

Thanks Lohk,
Your assessment of the sound is heartening, much appreciated.
You built the LTP version, or the single ended version?
Hugh

Thanks P-A, nice of you.
Since it's DIY, we would have to steer clear of smd, though two sided is fine.
Please pm me your email, we can talk. It would be nice to get this going and lots of DIYaudio people would appreciate your effort.

Thanks peranders!
It´s storm in Gothenburg so no reason to get out, inside the DIY lamp shines bright and warm.

You should pick up the latest schematic from Hugh, it changed a whole lot from that first one...

Gah! That's it!
See, Knight, there were so many revisions with miles of difference you might have built something totally different and called it the HAKSA! 😀

Haha,
I'll start reworking. Glad I got this all straighted out before I had the board layout completely done.
Is anyone else working on one? (peranders?)

Hugh, just wondering, why choosing PNP types since NPN is better in most senses?
I'm waiting for Hugh to send me a design document for creating a schematics but if this is it, I can fill in the missing parts.
What is V1? Grounded?
