I use the coca cola (Ferric chloride) and it's not fast. So what. I say just drink a beer or your favourite tea and relax 😀
When the solution is Coca Cola colour....highly concentrated,
and if you heat the glass pot over oven fire, then you will corrode in less than 4 minutes...but it is too much toxic and destroy ceramics if spill, or leak or sprinkle around...produce stain in your skin and it is a hell dangerous to our health if you breath the gases spelt along the corrosion process....also if you heat the liquid abpve 50 degrées celsius (aprox.), then the ink used to paint copper board will detach from the surface

I do NOT like those plastic backed transistorts, thermal transfer is very poor and can very easily overheat if used as power devices!!

Well dear Ostripper, we are in a diy forum...for free.
When we do all the job...we design, we test, we produce layout and we start a group buy, we will be under suspection that some business, something having profit is happening under the table.
Because of that, mainly, i have decided to do this way.....not only because of that, but mainly because of that.
One is the Designer and beta tester.
Other is the Layout designer
The one that touches money is the group buy manager
This way it is more difficult to people imagine corruption, because this way gonna be a gang...ahahahahah!
Also if people bother me and i decide to give some shots.... and be sinbinned or banned...the Corporation continues by the hands and minds of my friends...the Corporation guys!...i can disappear and the amplifier continues, the group buy runs, and the layouts have support and responsable...so..you can kill the man, but not the idea, the philosophy survives.
We cannot sell with profit, we cannot use forum to have personnal advantages...if we want/need/decide to have profit, we must to to the dedicated forum section, to pay by our advertising.
I cannot use forum as my own outdoor.... forum management and owner are paying by bandwidth, computers and all their expenses to run this forum...so..if someone earn money must be them, to face their own costs..at least for that....i hope one day they have profit to pay hundreds moderators to be reading all posts in all threads in all foruns.
Another reason is that i really dislike to make boards..i do not know how to operate Eagle and i really do not want to do that.... we have so many friends that loves to help, we had RAJ, Klaas Veenstra, Greg Erskine, Nico Daneel, Alex mm, Todd Johnson and Miguel Nabuco (Mitchel)......and so many others that i do not think it is needed to me to do something i really dislike....when one give up to produce boards appear more three that wants to make boards to the Corporation.
This is the idea....the Corporation.... everybody belongs to the corporation, since the guy build Dx amplifiers...we are all partner in that virtual corporation, an union of friends with passion by audio and good taste for nice audio amplifiers.... we do the job...i do create, calculate, assemble and test...others do other jobs..i do some advertising too..some movements, some noise...others do boards, do advertising, do layouts, do group buy, do support, publish their findings, make videos supporting the Dx Blame (Niss-man and others)..in other words...they dress the shirt, they use the hat and the Corporation is bigger and much more important than us.
I was sinbinned by 15 days.... the group buy continued to work fine...only one give up.... other 20 folks (more or less in this international forum) keep confidence in Mitchel and in the amplifier and stayed with us (the corporation).... you see...the idea survive even if uncle Charlie pass away....or be kicked out because i do not tollerate some folks we have around.

I have put any differences aside... 🙂 In fact , I have learned from your video's and threads.
You might find it funny , but your "Blame" series amp is quite likely the best there is ... both my ears and the simulator say so. The blame does this with 4 less transistors than my new "sym" (both are below).
The testers will be a whole club with hundreds of people. They will hear the (my) "blame" at 300 clear watts. They will also hear the new symasym at the same level on the same output board. You really should try TMC on your blame , it makes "near perfect" TOTALLY perfect. I did not add the cascode for fun , the TMC'ed blame's only weakness is the input pair noise (can only be seen on scope) , so I drastically reduced it (low noise SS9014 NPN pair + the cascode).
I was even taken back (astounded) by the ultra pure sound , especially with the "extra's" this will redefine what DIY can do. 😱 🙂

Thank you Ostripper.... our differences where left to the past.... you are precious to the comunitty, you do things, you cooperate...in my mind you have a lot of value to all of us.
I have readed Baxandall papers and the last book from Cordell.... i understand what you mean.
I am busy .... doing some organization in my parts, components stock....making exchanges, trading shares with other friends, substituting unused parts by components i really use...cleaning all stuff, packing and moving parts to a third room (stock)...well.... it will take a month!...i have a lot of things.... 50 years collecting parts results this way.
Now a days i do not need, anymore, to buy parts...i have to my lifetime.... i have already almost sixty years old...the stock i have is enougth.... when i walk nearby a cemetery i feel some energy sucking me to enter.
ahahahahahah!

DX-blame-st + TMC
Dear Carlos,
Ostriper is quite right about TMC. I am listening DX-blame-st, just modified to incorporate TMC, for more then month and enjoy excellent sound.
I included my LTSpice files I used before made it real thing.
I like simplicity of your DX amps.

I have made boards to the Dx Blame Supercharged... they were offered in group buy
So.... it is not interesting to introduce modifications....this gonna be next model...around July 2011.
Boards made gave us a lot of work...also the amplifier development gave a lot of work too...i am working with this amplifier since last Christmas of 2009.... we produce boards.... we have opened group buy..we made advertising.... we have sold boards...now we gonna ship them...so...no way to introduce modifications to the Dx Blame ST...it will continue the way it is now.
Next year....maybe.... i have some changes to make...the NFB pickup point will be tested in comparison tests and some other minor modifications (we do not mess with a winning team!)
Maybe, if approved in comparison tests..... and i know a lot how to make them .....so, it is possible that i will make that (maybe i repeat), next year.
It is a matter of respect to my customers...i have just runned a group buy...i do not want them to have new board with modifications to be done...no way!...next model...if i release one more model.
The idea will be tested next year..this takes time...new boards, new comparison, new torture tests and i use to do that along six monthes before to release...so....for a while, people can have boards from Ostripper or other guy that is producing Blame style amplifiers....soon Chinese will be offering too...i am sure may exist a lot of Blame style around...because this amplifier is just the best one... and people deserves that.... several folks producing the best design.... and variations are interesting...stimulates competition.
Some modifications changes numbers a lot...measurements....but some of them are not easy to listen the advantage..sometimes it is below human threshold of perception...so.... we have to think a lot, to test a lot, to really judge if modifcations are really needed or not...if the advantage is good enougth to produce all the hard work this kind of thing produces.
