Almost three years of use as the amplifier for their TV and the first failure occurred. One output tube failed, no output but the heater is lit.

This is amplifier #2 of three.

I swapped tubes and the output followed one tube. Put a new tube in for the dead channel and it biased up at 57.8 mA vs target 60 mA. Tweaked the bias and I am going to burn it in for a few hours and pack it back up for her to take home tomorrow.
