Kill A Watt on Amazon, $21 bucks and shipped free..... I note that this product has many comments about melting or breaking
Mine has been trouble free for several years. Used mainly on PC's and reasonably powered tube amps, so I haven't tested it's limits.
I bought a Ramsey BS-601 oscilloscope for $20.00 in a bar today it came with 2 x1 x10 probes, the cap on the AC input on CH1 is blown but it works other than that.

Bought my annual stockpile of Guiness. It comes on sale for $19/8 cans once a year, and I took advantage of it. Had to work for it as liquor store was sold out, so had to drive to another chain with price matching.
Also bought more ebay miscellania, modelling balloons for the kids, bike tire irons, tube patches.

Wow, you only drink 8 cans of Guinness a year? That is some admirable self-discipline. 😀
It's not as much as you might think; I bought 9 cases last year and have about 1.5 left. I don't drink nearly as much as I used to. Funny that the effect of beer on me is quite pronounced now. I get sleepy after 2 beers, and if I have quite a few, can't sleep hardly at all. It's similar to how I discovered I was lactose intolerant. I wonder if this is natural or some sort of mild allergy to something in beer?

Grundig KS 400 stereo ECL86 SE console from 1963 (??).
With the FM multiplex decoder.
It works - sort of ...so should be plenty of play value.
Came with schematic...I hate those German push-button selectors!! (Head is spinning trying to follow the schematic...)

Had installed the upgrade kit in th3 PC chassis just to find that the good ole sVGA-connectors are out of season.
To avoid PC-cool turkey I started up a second elder DELL machine just to find that my monitor is dying (bad electrolytics?).
So I ordered a new monitor, 22”. And a new keyboard and an HDMI-cable.

Scored an old Xerox colour laser off of online classifieds for $20. Figure we will need it eventually for my daughters' homework. Seems to be working, and I chose Xerox because the toner is cheaper.
Absolutely could not find either of my long levels, and really needed one, so l bought a 12" toolbox level for $10. That's so I can go ahead and build garage shelving.

Eventually a full set of color cartridges will easily set you back a couple of hundred.
About 6 months ago I got a nice WorkCentre 6027 for "home office", and just had to replace the K @ $140 Cdn - theoretically good for about 2000 pages.

I never buy new cartridges, just refilled ones. Has worked out ok, as long as you avoid the rock bottom cheap ones.
It's an older model very similar to yours, the 6015.
Personally had bad luck with even “certified equivalent” refills damaging one of 6 desktop monochrome lasers at work, and was scared off forever.

Our Tek cartridges used to cost that much per color.

Ah, good to know, never had that experience. I've bought bad refills that had scratched or dirty rollers and had to bin them, but never permanent damage.
