I always try to find a suitable length for the bass reflex tube.
If I make it shorter, the lowest frequency will be higher. If I increase the frequency of the tuning, it increases by a few db. It is important to adapt this to the room you are playing in. There will be more bass but not as deep. I can sacrifice a few herzt for a slightly stronger bass. Or on the contrary slightly weaker and longer bass reflex tubes but go deeper.
A pure matter of taste, it is the amplification of the room and the placement of the speakers that determine this.
If you put them in the corners, you have a strong amplification of the base.

It looks like Madison will relieve a shipment of CHP-90 in late March 🤞. Can't wait to give them a try. I was excited to hear such initial good reviews from @nandappe , and now there are several more positive data points. One common theme is that driver seems especially happy in transmission line cabinets of various sorts
It may well be; with those vent dimensions (slightly shorter than the panel thickness specified) it's tuned to about 57Hz. Assuming a regular voltage source amplifier & speaker wire / connections adding about 1/2ohm series R, then it will be on roughly a +2.5dB peaking alignment at Fb under anechoic conditions, although room acoustics etc. being what they are, it may not be quite so excessive in practice.
Now I have installed 3.8 mm long bass reflex tubes in the Bluebuck speakers. Still a bass that is relatively strong in my room.
Makes a nice sound. Will play some different CDs with different artists.
Madonna first out. She doesn't skimp on the base of her music. Maybe this is an adequate base for me. Will try more music and report back.
The CHP-90 has an ability to extract details from Madonna's voice. It sounds like she's in the room.
Shades are really the forte of these elements. Have had many speakers but have actually never heard such an appealing sound as these can produce.

I realy like CHP-90.
Big soundstage and mids too die for.
One of the best FR driver in a BlueBuck box.

I think it's buried on a thread somewhere here too, but probably not with the name in a searchable format. Part of my antelope series of compact / forced MLTLs.

Bluebuck is about the same size as my TQWT.
CHP90 mica seems to work well with this size box.

Every time when I plug in the CHP-90 and sit down to actively listen, a thought strikes me that this is really a good sound that they deliver.
Bluebuck is so good in all registers.
