Maybe we are not that far from a diy F7The lateral parts have lower transconductance but also lower temperature coefficients.
I do have a diy version using the Alfet laterals, scheduled for release this year.

Well that is certainly correct Vunce, then he made that comment before giving away 60 quads!!Just a guess, but probably because the output devises cost more than vertical mosfets.
So maybe not more expensive for 60 members around here.
Now to get hold of the pcb (gerbers) - any hints Mr Pass at this stage, or too early to ask?
