Sorry, no can do, I can’t find those schems any ore since my computer is full of my latest iteration of the XS300 schems :rofl:

Edit: Ask IAMH, can’t seem to post the pdf from here, some dodo or gremlins around.

I never had SS devices for this. No files from this guy. Now... if someone were to send me some of those precious devices to make 100% sure they operated with this circuit / with these boards, I promise, promise, promise to post a complete schematic.

if this is the right place to ask for possible substitutes. I would like to replace 1 mosfet with 1 of my Semisouth SJEP10R063.
Any changes necessary?

andynor is certainly intending to write them ( values) later, but more eager to make fun first

anyhow - changes for implementing Semisouth down:

make M2 Semisouth SJEP

make R29 0R (short made of fat wire - same as 3W resistor pin thickness; elevate it 1mm above pcb, to avoid shorts)

make R9 0R (short made of thin wire, or nice resistor lookin short - they make them in 0207 size, one black strip in middle)
