Akita "AllInOne" Amp based on TPA325x PFFB+ and LLC PSU in one board.

For those that have received and set up their AllInOne amp, I could use some advise.

I gutted an old amp chassis for the new amp and made what I thought were the appropriate connections. The power switch from the old amp was kept. I used the +15VDC auxiliary to power the lamps above the meters. The meters are not yet connected to anything. It powers up fine. But I get distortion and mains hum on both channels.

My assumption is that I dislodged something by soldering the input wires to the input pins. Could that cause the hum?

I saw in the photos from page 30 that the AC input is not earthed, so I followed that.

I guess I should try to get the amp working without the lamps or meters connected in any way first. What else should I check? Twist and reroute the speaker output wires to the right around the board counter clockwise?

Thanks for any suggestions!

My build is not going as well as I would like. Doing everything by hand has been difficult. The DAC control and display are not as tidy as I would have liked. Squeezing it all in has been a pain, I had to cut out sections of the VU meters. I can install the front to the case, the DAC and RaspberryPi.
