They are so close both within each type and N to P that I'm predicting it will be a breeze to get better than 0.1V matches N to P.

So I'm finished measuring and sorting (using sort function on Excel). The best matched pairs are 0.06V apart and the worst are 0.1V apart. This is out of a groups of 150 each N and P (and we need all 300 parts). Nice transistors!

Yep, that’s about right. I kept feeding the printer the wrong way, having to cancel and then submit for a refund…frustrating at first. Being at the top of the list you were the Guinea pig.
