Alright, I've been checking into shipping costs on stamps.com using USPS International First Class envelope and it's pretty reasonable. I'll be sending out request for payment using $5 as the shipping cost (same as US group).

Thanks, I just ordered some header pins. I have the jumpers…just forgot the pins.

If anyone is interested, I installed KEYSTONE 5006 in all the test points to utilize the mini grabber test leads. You have to clip one of 5006 leads to get them to fit.
