is it ok? to add more 2 pair of output transistor on H900? I would like to add more for sub application? Is there any changes in in step-driver? or please advise what modification to be made to achieve higher power rating? except for bridge mode

Don't use KSC, already tried them FAKE.

And some that look like first transistor on picture, but have large letter f .

we never will get 91.5 vdc unless output shorted
this is 91.5vac on out put
H900 will give 60vac on output with 0.5vac input signal(50Hz)
with 0.05% THD PSU IS112-56-0-56-112 vdc

If the supply rails are +-112Vdc, you can't get 91.5Vac from the output.
91.5Vac sinewave is equivalent to ~129Vpk !

What you claim to have measured cannot be done.
You can't get 91.5Vac (=129Vpk) from a 112Vdc supply rail.
