Hi guys, I'll repeat my question: Is it possible to run H900 at 2 ohms using 4 pair of MJW21195/MJW21196 with 120-60-0-60-120?
What power expect?
Also, here is schematic for the guys who like challenge. That is something more then 1KW SMPS from diysmps forum, but I reformed that in two step, for H900 amp.
Cheers.

Let's go with the first question.🙂Also, if somebody need details about building SMPS, I can help.
Where we can find the transformer?
Thimios.
Ofcourse, you must to made yourself. ETD49 core N87 so as accessories you can bay online from Mouser.

post2970 middle pic,
is 0.6mm diameter wire typical of 55kHz?
I would expect a thinner wire to reduce losses.

You're right, 0.6 mm is too thin, for calculation use min. 5A/mm2. Also, it is recommended to use Litze wire due to skin effect at high frequency.
I was suggesting that 0.6mm was too thick, but I don't know, so I am asking.
I would expect 0.2mm to 0.4mm diameter at 55kHz.

I don't know exactly.I received this kit from a friend and i posted it here.post2970 middle pic,

I do not know much about SMPS but I think it puts thicker wire for not have problems at high power consumption.

Can any Member with SMPS Design experience guide us to suitable wire diameter for the typical HF frequencies in use?
0.6mm diameter wire will be ok for 55KHz, but more thin wires are always a better option.
I personally use 4x0.4mm diameter wire for 50-80KHz.
Sale where are you from?
I can give you some 0.4mm wire.

0.1 to 0.4 wire twisted into one, so as to obtain the necessary thickness for the desired amperage. For example, 10A requires 280x0.1mm, which gives a total of 1,69mm, or 2,23mm2
