Ha, beat you to it!😀
I have one 2 meters long made of concrete under a floor, it is enough to shake sofas and impress listeners... But almost 9 meters... Oh mine gott! 😎
i want it
alas, my house is to small, let allone my living room.
but maybe, my backyard, 40 meters long, CAN DO 🙄

Bring it in under the house and bend the horn to come up through the floor. Cover the hole in the floor with industrial open mesh grid/flooring.
I think that is what you might call overshot the mark
all you need is to take 1-2 feet from your room
build a cheat wall
it should be plenty space for two bass horns
maybe also consider the woofer
drivers originally used for horns were different
modern woofers could make it 'easier'
it doesnt really need to be that big
its what I would call the deception of mysteria and myth

Truncate the bass horn and you introduce some rippling in the LF response.
Truncate the bass horn a lot and the rippling becomes severe.
with a room 5m wide and 3m height, take just 500cm
the two mouths could easily be like 1m x 3m, at side walls
each horn could easily be 6meter long, with only one fold
thats what I actually suggested for a 'smaller' horn 😀

What is the volume of your two 3sqm mouth bass horns?
What frequency does the 3/6sqm work down to at the space loading you have assumed?

This is exactly what I have been thinking of doing, Using the last metre or so of a dedicated room to integrate bass horns. Keep the ideas coming🙂
oke, i see a few different styles.
personaly, i think the corner system that Epa shows whill work for me.
are there better drawings to be found?
