Something would have to be very wrong to make a flapless landing because the very first position unlocks the outboard ailerons.
There's a Russian aircraft which has an even lower stall speed -- and has no issues with runways filled with rubble and assorted parts of armored attack vehicles and tanks. An example was at one of the airshows around here. Something like 25mph.

I think it's a 1" smaller trim wheel than previous versions of the 737 rather than a 1" trim wheel.

If I understood correctly a 737 series aircraft has crash landed at Istanbul airport. As best I know although broken into perhaps three pieces the passengers have survived! I do hope I am right.
News update. 1 dead and 157 injured. I saw a news flash on my travels. I did think it remarkable if there wasn't injuries. Even so it's remarkable. I think I read of a similar incident a month ago and likely the same opperator. 737-800 as best I know.

However bad the starliner is at the moment compared to spaceX the pork will continue to flow towards Boeing.
With around $5B paid to Boeing so far, there's a lot of financial inertia there.

Apparently the US Navy will buy less P8 Poseidons than originally ordered.

But UK has just taken deliveries of the first of its P8 fleet. Nimrod was a pretty plane but a gigantic money pit of a sub hunter.
