I did get a request to add snubbers on the diodes but I think you can solder them underneath the board .
Also a request to add a snubber at the primairy side , what do you think guys ?

Now the thermal reliefs are gone , not recommended. I would make the thermal reliefs large enough to carry the current . Without them soldering those big caps will be more difficult because we will need to heat up the whole plane/copper pour.

Conventional green and HASL will be fine. If there's an option, and the price differential isn't too great, 2oz copper would be nice.

Is there an end date here at all? Or an end quantity perhaps? More curious than in a rush here.

Add some faston to use an external rectifier

Question? Why not setup your rectifiers for dual full bridge; ie one full bridge per rectifier (or 8 Diodes total). that way if someone wants to do that they can, and then leave a faston at the ground for those with a CT secondary (who can just install half the diodes)

I'll draw that out in a mo... The above is a bit muddled as an explanation 🙂
