My undergoing project
Some photos from the main chassis (PS on another one), work around filament supply with Rod Colleman boards. Cabling is Nordost teflon covered copper.

Beautiful.
Which type of resistor have you chosen for the filament regulators R1 ?

Mills 1R/12Watts
Fantastic work rclourenco, really nice. I can see a bit of Thomas Mayer's in suspension system 😉
(I wish I had a CNC router!)

Thanks Massimo, in fact you are correct, these are Thomas suspensions.
As for the CNC, join the club, I also would love to have one, it would avoid so much trouble. Nevertheless, these fantastic plates are fabricated by Home- Schaeffer AG - Frontplatten, Front Panels, Faces Avant if you don't know them, please try, they are top german quality, and its so simple, just download their free application, design your plates (really easy), have live on the second quotation, send the produced file through the application, wait up to 10 days, and your projects will never be the same again.
sheers.

Just to show Merlin (as promised) what can be done with a pair of Galaxy Maggiorato enclosures.
On the top of the PS unit, pw xfrm and choke, inside two 15V/50VA xfrms for Coleman's regs. Between the xfrms 8 diodes on a yet-to-be-made pcb. Several caps (big elcaps for filaments, pp for HV) will take space inside too.
The pream hosts two Tango 160H chokes and inside the filament bias Dale's fixing hardware is contact with the front panel through an alu bar. The other two L shaped alu bars are hosting the Coleman's regs and the SSHV2 (pcbs yet-to-be-made) spreading heat on the sides and the top cover. Close to the SSHV2 regs another pcb with 10 pcs 10uF pp caps
A suspended copper subchassis will host the tube sockets.

Yes, I know tha company, but I cannot even figure out how expensive could be such a big, thick top cover! As for the CNC, join the club, I also would love to have one, it would avoid so much trouble. I cannot afford 🙁
Near Barcelona I know laser company because my Erno Borbely mono power amps are done this way, for me is the best.

Rui,
This looks superb, absolute perfection! Well done
Ale
I have the B+, L/R filaments and remote control power all in the same umbilical, with each pair twisted and shielded. Coleman supplies have 1000uF cap at input, B+ is regulated with VR tubes in the preamp chassis, 26s have cascoded CCS plate loads. My filament supply has ~10mV of ripple when it exits the PS chassis. The pre is dead quiet.
Where do you source your chassis?
thanks!
