Sorry luvdunhill, indeed you were the first one to reply and pay. I just misread my own Excel file, sorry.
Your kit is by my door, awaiting my trip to the post office.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Thanks Aengus. One of the string pulleys sold to Sklimek. There is interest for the tape pulley, so I may have jusy one string pulley left for sale.
Received payment from: Aengus, Michi124, Terence8888, Agent5, Webby, Luvduhill, Limono.
Tengsimon payment pending.
Still no reply from: Bakus11, Fredicol, Secips and Nanook.

Amazing, that was the fastest delivery ever. Algar got kit this morning absolutely brilliant work, at first I thought the motor was missing, for some reason I imagined it was about a foot long! Then I found it in pod, those pulleys are really superb, board is great looking too, again thanks 😀
Wasted, glad to hear to get the kit and liked it. You got what you paid for, since you paid the extra to get Express Air shipping, you got it fast indeed.
Yes, this is my packing method. I put all small parts, motor, screws, tapes and pully inside the pod, so the pod cannot damage them with its heavy weight during shipping. So, make sure to check inside the pod when you get your kit.
I woudn't want to install a foot long motor with M2-6mm screws 😉

Agent5 paid his kit but he want that I wait until beginning of March before shipping it.
Still waiting for bakus11, tengsimon, fredicol and Nanook
Shipped also Stan Klimek string pulley
All pulleys are sold, no more left. For the last string and tape pulleys, I asked the guys to wait at least two weeks, just in case I forgot to include one pulley in one of your kits guys 😉
They were kind enough to agree to wait.

Please ship my package when you visit the post office to ship the package for bakus or tengsimon or fredicol or nanook. There is no need to wait and make a special trip just for me. Thanks for your help.

Hi kraljmatjaz. Glad you like the kit. I assembled 6 kits, tested them on my bench using a strobe, but never had the opportunity to try it on a real setup. The prototype PCB with all the parts and wires lying around would not fit close to my Tecnodec, where I can listen to it.
My own controller version had been put aside for the duration of this group buy, since I found out that I needed the Maxon motor. My motor pod is still not completed as well as my Teres. I'm still a long way from listening to it I'm afraid
By the way, I don't even have one of the nice PCB left for me. I made an error in the number of PCB I sold, and I had to let go mine...🙄

Just got back from a week in Costa Rica to find a nice package waiting for me (actually, two nice packages, the Jordan JX92Ss arrived as well) - thank you, Algar_emi.
I have one small problem - the top of the motor pod seems to be jammed on, and there is no fastening holding it (that I can see in my current jet-lagged sleep-deprived state, in any case). Please feel free to poke fun at me if I'm overlooking something obvious, but can someone please tell me what's holding it on?
What I should really do is go back to bed for a while and take another look at it later - but that's kind of like going back to bed on Christmas morning without unwrapping a present. 😀
Anyway, thanks again Algar for all your work - it was extremely generous of you.
Regards.

OK, so I compromised. I didn't go back to bed, but went off and did other things for a few hours, and - duh - have now noted the set screws, removed them, and lifted the lid.
I think I'll wait until my sleep pattern recovers before I try to assemble the circuit board. 😀
