1) I would try to flatten the response from 4khz to 9khz, that is keep it pretty flat at 93db. It does not look large in the graph, but you have a rise of 4db over that range which will be noticeable and probably bright.
2) I wouldn't worry about the dip at 12khz, because (1) it only covers about a 1/3 octave and dips are less noticeable than peaks, and (2) there probably is not anything you can do about it anyways.

I actually designed it that way in xsim, but yeah I think I’ll see if that brightness bothers me or not. Since It’s just a matter of one resistor, I can easily tweak it later.
