100W Ultimate Fidelity Amplifier

hello all,
I have made a crc psu with 35 amp rectifier with a provision for heatsink for high power amps or class A amps. it also has a primary side soft start with NTC.
pcb can be mounted on 10x10mm grid holed mounting plate.
Let me know if any one has any suggestions.

heatsink like this https://www.mouser.in/datasheet/2/2/Aavid_01112021_Board_Level_Cooling_Square_Basket_6-1953640.pdf
or

or

An update to the quoted design.
I built and tested the PSU and works well. Plan to use it as a PSU for my main amp. it uses CDE caps and 35 amp bridge rectifier with heatsink.

Hello friends
I just finished the apex a9 circuit boards. However, the 10r resistor in the picture burns immediately. I fed with +-30v dc. All circuit components are exactly the same. Where am I going wrong? can you help me.

FX100 psu with protect.

Hi guys
Trying to get FX 100 PSU with protect pcbs made from PCBWAY. Using Sprint 6 files. When exporting gerbers and drill data I am getting this error, and image generated from gerbers is not proper. Kindly guide what to do.

I thought the same, But rendered image was all garbled. Didnt look anything like a pcb.

Same gerber is opening correctly with jlcpcb.

Its quite difficult placing orders . Some Pcbway share project gerbers are not available for download. So have to place order with Pcbway. While Jlcpcb is more cost effective.

There are couple of pcb's which are 100mm x 100 mm which pcbway is charging 24$, while Jlcpcb is charging 2$ for same pcb. That changes the calculation a bit.
This is first time I will be placing order with Pcbway. But overall review about Pcbway is good.

Thanks for the help appreciate it.

For India , jlcpcb doesnt have cheaper shipping option especially after 2020 and some border conflicts. Attached, 4 of my "recent" orders have reached US and will shed some load and return to me in a single packet, I only need 2-4 pcb each proto.
Just 3 USD for US and nearly 18 USD shipping for India does "change the calculation a bit"

I have used "elecrow" for Australia for cheapest total in the past.

Plus anything coming to India from Chinese commercial address will attract customs which is nearly double the order cost (duty is on invoice total) :😉
