In thread http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/162043-mosfet-amplifier-irfp240-irfp9240-47.html post #470 you can find nice and powerfull amp with IRF240/9240. and there is FX120 in thread http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/162081-dc-servo-mosfet-amplifier.html ...

I also happen to have tested a 3 pair version of fx100 dc servo. if anyone cares, i can post the toner files in that thread.

Thanks for the tip. Does HV23 mean it is a class H amp with vertical MOSFET?

No, standard class AB amplifier. Judging by the rail voltage HV probably means high voltage in this case.
after very long time I had chance return to my projects... 🙂 lot of amps without chassis need to be completed... so I started with this lovely amp...

Nice work, A14 is one of the best amp.

I agree....
hello guys
a friend from Venezuela is gonna try my PCB design of the AX-14 the difference is that it will have 2 pairs and a output coil I hope all goes smoothly for him because is difficult to get parts in Venezuela I hope all goes well fro him 🙂

Dear Vargas,
Kindly post the exact Schematic also which the PCB layout refers to. Thanking you,
gannaji.
Here are the files
sure guys 🙂
even better guys I will share Sprint file too I have a little problem exporting to PDF files I notice is not an accurate size so I have the increase the size of the exporting PDF to 110% instead of 1:1 and this is why I leave Sprint file so you guys can just print the art work directly to the printer from the software 🙂 too, also multisim file
don't mind about the name "Golosa" I just need to separate the version 😛 still AX-14 same just with an additional pair 🙂 feel free to modified I don't mind at all 😉
Regards
Juan

Great stuff - thanks! I just linked this post to the Apex directory thread post 1.
Input selector with pot...
Very nice! Seems modifiable into a volume control (one relay for each volume setting)...

Yes, Ultimate Stereo Volume Control can be made with standard single linear pot.
Isn't there a Apex A14 amplifier as well as the AX14? I remember Mr. Mile stating somewhere here that the A14 was one of his best amps.
Does anyone have a link to the A14 schematic and Sprint file if there was one?
Thanks...

Mr. Mile,
I am interested in this as a i/p selector. Can you give me the values/part nos. for each components? It can be made in a small PCB form to be mounted on front panel for i/p selection.
also sch for volume control would be nice too.
