You are right sir.Look like your ground psu didn't connect tu in/out ground...
Now it is working.
Thanks

If you use same psu with amplifier, ground will connected anyway.
Hi mr miles,
I want build amplifier for my 12inch subwoofer. I saw your design like ba1200, ba2000, sr800, b500, h900, hv32 and another tef amplifier. Which amp suit for my 12inch subwoofer? Power supply around 70-90vdc.thanks

Hadn't done something big in a while!.

Hi Apexaudio why did you choose 2SC5200 + 2SA1943 transistors?
Automobile relays are not suitable for switching high voltages of 110V, their contacts are too close, the arc may not break between the contacts from the amplifier output to the speakers.

Hi guys on the Apex BA1200 where are the spots to connect the PRO and the +HV? on the schematic is not showing that

+HV=+high voltage, the + of power supply.
As it isn't a current sensor in this amplifier you must add a small circuit for bias (voltage on emitter resistors) for overcurrent detection.Output of this circuit will be the Pro.connection
You can find this add on circuit somewhere in the thread.

BA2000 pcb not tested
how much power it will give 120vdc.? 4 ohm and 2 ohm?
can u share the protection schematic on this board?

HI MILE CAN U SHARE THE SCHEMATIC OF THIS BA2000 PROTECTION ,

nothing this strong should be made NOT using class D topology. the power dissapation as heat is insane. Using a BTL config allows the use of 60v Rails for 240v p-p output.

Have a gerber file. . Thank u . . .ba1200 driver board
hi apex sir,
ba1200 driver board. tested.

Hello Mr. Miles , if I add DC offset trimpot just like in this pic, is that ok. Please reply.BA100
Low power version for fun.

not Apex, but connecting a trimpot like that is scary, if something happens to the contacts, then you have problems, there is a better way to do that, the idea is good in general, you may also want to match the differential pair for vbe and hFE at operating current...
