Hi Yaka, I built my own out of veneered MDF using a router and a plywood template. Not as nice as yours but I'm pleased with them. I'm about to get a different design built which I can't do myself and found a company in Welshpool who specialise in making speaker cabinets for DIY enthusiasts who don't have the tools. i may end up hand routing it, but that will be if and when my neighbors will ok for me to use the backyard for a day or two
as and active speaker you could possibly do it in the orignal dimensions but yeah will be easier if you made it taller at least

Where in the UK are you based? I have a small CNC machine that should handle this - I am also interested in putting together a clone!
