I feel you need to rolloff the woofer more to reduce the peak in the passband. Not rolling it off can't be optimal. It also needs to be rolled off by 200Hz so the localization does not come into play for the side mounted woofer position. No worries, the RS100 should be fine this low.
The tweeter is a 13mm, and the 4.7uF is likely too large to make it happy. I think the 1.5mH is also too large, but being a 2.2ohm dcr it's contribution is more of a contour. Even so, it's a bit of a boat anchor on a 13mm tweeter.
My 2c,
I agree, I’ve never felt happy about leaving the bass driver playing full range with that peak up in the mid range. I plan to rework the crossover and see what comes from it.
Just curious, what is the reason the internal end of the port has a little pocket behind / under it? Seems like it would have been left solid unless.it had a purpose.
i wondered about that my self, the orginal has it as well

Finished my 3d printed build this weekend. Definitely have a lot of changes/lessons learned for the next go around. Did it more of a proof of concept which it does work.
I mean it seems natural to me to do it like this. Maybe it's just a result of modelling the inside chamber then adding the port afterwards.

This is the mystic "Boenicke poket". It is filled with some drops of snake oil and secret magic potion during production, which evaporates and seals the magic sound in the wood. One of the many secrets the Swiss mountain Shaman has used to sell his magic doodle boxes. It also has a physicochemical effect on customers, comming near the product. They loose any relationship to the value of money and have their ears dazed.

could also be a sort of helmholtz absorber, to dampen some resonance?I mean it seems natural to me to do it like this. Maybe it's just a result of modelling the inside chamber then adding the port afterwards.

but @Turbowatch2 's explanation does make sense if one observe Sven's fans listening to his products 🤣
this thread has been an enjoyable read - possibly outside of my skills atm, but I might attempt a clone at some point.
some amazing replica speakers on show 👍
quick question, how is the small rear tweeter mounted? hard to tell from any of the pics or the data sheet.

the tweeter has a small lip and some tabs, i used some hot glue when sliding into the alu plate. but that is not the hard part after soldering the wires i was scared of pulling them off while fitting them then attaching to the crossover so i hotglued then in place.
also if you are planning this be sure to install the crossover before final glue up of your pieces i really struggles with my fat hands and fingers
