so you mean that each section needs 200cm2 to have a smoother freq response.
so the below model needs to follow the 200, 400, 800 in this case to get an acceptable response

Ohh..i posted yours and it gave around 3dB more SPL but , the ratios of the segments are still not optimized to the golden rule. 🙃🙃
270/90=3 😛
(0+30+150+90 as 270cm)
and
(0+30 + 60 as 90cm)
360total with 300cm between drivers….
4 (90cm segments) 3 from
one side and one from the other to exit (keep it simple 😀 )
change either off set (30cm in each resonator) or overall length or CSA and it immediately shows a phase/GD issue

Here’s one I built @ 240/80cm from each end to exit . No hiccup in the impedance plot from misaligned resonators

Technically, 30cm should be 30.48cm = 12in = 1ft. Especially when international folks use mm. 300mm is a big difference than 304.8mm when folks claim they build enclosures +/- 1mm.
Yes. However, that's too many turns for me.
I prefer the simplicity of this enclosure, except the double boarding. Appropriate bracing should cure the need for double boarding.
but that is for car right ?
i wish to explore that design but cut in half, so to make cabs of 2 skars.
and maybe make it bigger so it hits lower.
what you think

This is 240 cm @ 400cm2 and dumps into 120 cm @ 1600-2400cm2. just <30 hz.
(Uses the 48” plywood dimension)
but there’s more ideas in ‘ROAR’ site

It's just a simple 6th Order band Pass Series as you can see below / attached.

The only difference is that they increase a little one panel to increase pipe length but that reduced 2nd chamber volume too, don't know if that improve the response in any means but it's easy to modify the plan to evaluate or you can evaluate it directly in Hornresp.

The enclosure can be modeled with the TH (with compression chamber [Ap1 & Lp or Vtc & Atc]), Stepped TH, or BP6S function.
im addicted to this junk, big or little, it’s so fun once you ‘hear’ it with your other speakers. Ddx 12 is a good candidate for all of this at $143 shipped

Guys,
we are trying to optimize the BP1 tweaked PAL12 design that mRmGrS did around 2013
looks very decent although Booger don't like the above 100Hz crappy stuff happening there
i do not have an idea of how that sounds in the real life, ( i mean the garbage above 100) it will be filtered tough with a 90Hz 24dB LR or BW LP
i tried the SKAR with other sub designs, with the aid of LordSansui's freecad tools
and all of those only give me horrible batman shaped freq responses
looks like the 12 SKAR do not like those designs
i tweaked the volumes and cant coax anything decent.
so is there anything to be done to improve with the BP1 HornResp Sim
maybe another design to try besides the ones i already tried and failed miserably.
if not , i think i can try the BP1 MPAL12 ( Moded Pal12 ) 😀

The illustration is an tentative to make it easy for the overall public that there is a strong correlation between the hardware (box) the System Model (Lumped Electric Circuit) used in hornresp to simulate that specific box type and the "unfolded" representation that we need to bridge some gaps between Hardware box and Hornresp input data.
People can learn a lot just looking to the pictures.
