100W Ultimate Fidelity Amplifier

I'm afraid that the catalog is much longer and I had to "scan" more than 300 pages. The "search" function doesn't help (maybe due to the way we post to the tread). Anyway.... Do you know (or any else) if anyone has build the pcb in the attached file ? Are there any Gerber files for this ? (Linux user so no MSW programs pls)
Thanks in advance

Elias

Hello Elias,
this is Prasi based Board Rev.1.3 you can see.
Search with Tante Google phrase:
100W Ultimate Fidelity Amplifier FX-8 prasi
showed any results.
Don't know if Prasi has shared gerbers for pcb, but if i remind correct
Terry (still4given) have done a build and measured with oszi.

You can upload gerbers to manufacturer https://www.pcbway.com/ or https://jlcpcb.com/

LatFets like EXICON plc.profusion.uk
In VAS/Driver you can use Toshiba TTA/C04 Typ.

I have no access to my own routed Sonal PCB(double sided power traces), because older laptop has hick up
in screen.
I only have my gerbers from pcbway of FH9

I rely appreciate your answer. At this moment I'm in page 377 (yes, starting from page 1 some days ago) and I just finished the assembly with my little son's (3,5 y.o.) "help", of his "LEGO car". The way that this thread is unorganized makes me feel dizzy. By the way I'm wandering ... Did someone add a current mirror for the differential input stage ? Not too much trouble I believe

Greetings to everybody

Hello everyone

FH9 FH11 is very interesting
But I'm facing problems
1.finding 4.7pF capacitors.
2. Lack of experience with biasing mosfet amplifier. (Little bit fear of losing the mosfet devices😑 ,Ionlyhave6pairs IRFP240/IRFP9240 left)
Otherwise I have no problem building my 6 channel amplifier with FH9 & FH11

Is there any BJT equivalent of FH9 FH11
I have NJW0281G NJW0302G and 2SC5200/2SA1943 in my personal bin.

I have assembled some p3a boards, A23,TDA7294 and LM3886TF and LM1875T.
But not a mosfet amplifier yet.

I can build my 6 channel amplifier with p3a but the pcb layout I have is bigger and takes unnecessary space, so I look all over the diyaudio and find Out, that Alex mm p3a layout is very compact and elegant, but sadly Alex mm didn't published the files for diy home etched pcbs, due to some reasons,

I look back at YouTube and get the Johnaudiotech, which I'm following for last 3 years and more, John have designed and developed a JAT-501 amplifier and published it for free diy purposes, but his pcbs are dual layer layout, although I don't have problems etching the dual layer pcbs at home as long as files are in black and white toner transfer method, it's due to lack of computer at home and lack of experience with Gerber files and their respective programs.

If someone have anything like FH9 FH11 but bjt equivalent. Please share your details.

Needed something compact like this

Or this but bjt equivalent
If you follow JohnAudioTech channel read at the description bellow the videos for JAT-501. He had published EVERYTHING for this (very nice according to my taste) TESTED & VERIFIED amplifier, including a single-side-board.

Here is nice PCB Design For APEX A-Class PSU that uses single layer PCB, have CRC snubbler to suppress toroidal ringing, full bridge rectifier and CRC filtering for smooting and PSRR on 50Hz to be minimal, using A-Class from APEX circuit to provide low noise, high PSRR, low impendance out and routed for audio circuit.

NOTE: Rename BRD file extension to LAY6 and open in Sprint-Layout, because diyAudio forum does not allow uploading LAY6 files!

Enyoy!

LAY6 files are ONLY for windows PC. Gerber is free for everyone's machine (mac, linux, Chrom system, Android,..... name it!). So are you kind enough to upload the Gerber files + schema ?

I'm following John for long time now, and I do love John videos, especially the LM1875T ,

Thanks for your help anyway 🙂

Prasi have made a very nice and compact stereo amplifier for LM1875T but I can't find this moment the tread to provide you a link. These are all that I have stored in my machine.
