If there are torpedos with Nagra Crevette on board, expect one on your porch. They demagnetize whole ships.
And CDs must be clean-shaven prior to demagnetizing...Techmoan did it, just not combined.
You need to look up Munchausen. But it’s digitally encoded.. so unless there’s a hole or three in the alu surface.. i should have thought it’s not going todo too much..
Is watching these sort of youtube videos Munchausen by proxy then?
No, you're just on a higher level.Oh, my MRI showed a big hollow between my ears, maybe mine was already demagnetized and didn´t show?
Aliens take a Russian, an American and a ... (fill in the nationality which is, falsly!, regarded as stupid in your country) to study.
They take a look into their sculls.
Russian's is cramped with tubes - Not bad!
American's has a single chip - Nice!
...'s has nothing but a thin silver wire across - WTF???...Snip!, and the ears fell off.
Emilia Clarke (game of thrones) has had multiple strokes and, in her words, should not be alive due to brain mass lost..
I am guessing your player is hooked up to an outdoor infrared sensor? How does this work?Cal, as a dog lover, you must be barking mad!
Er, I was only joking about you being mad about magnetising your CDs, but I reckon you use the "repeat all" function of the CD player to loop the CD while you're out of the house.
Not loud enough to annoy the neighbours, if any. Just loud enough so a burglar at the door can hear the barking.
P.S. I don't have such a CD, but they're available at online auction.

Sounds like a govermental official in high office that we've got to deal with..... GRRRRR!Emilia Clarke (game of thrones) has had multiple strokes and, in her words, should not be alive due to brain mass lost..

And then play it through your woofers! 😊
Yes, the microwave changed the CD completely.Actually there is something that happens to the aluminum layer in the CD when place in strong AC magnetic field. A current is induced and may heat up some small deformations.
There certainly are some folks who have noticed a difference before and after being demagnetized!
Possibly a variation of the Munchausen effect.
Yes Galu, I liked your post. I was asking because playing a repeating loop wouldn't be of much value as burglars usually case the joint and would know it's fake before ever attempting entry.
Last time I microwaved a CD, it said disk error. I said no, that's the one I wanted to microwave.
Yes Cal, thinking such a CD would deter burglars would be barking up the wrong tree!

Has anyone tried demagnetising snake oil?
On a different note, if you go for an MRI they want to know about tattoos. Some of the ink can contain metal. They can get hot...

Good point. I suppose we should all be grateful for snake oil. It's a great source of entertainment, and who wants to listen to a squeaky snake anyway?Has anyone tried demagnetising snake oil?
I guess that all depends on your taste in music..Yes, the microwave changed the CD completely.
Grab the head and grab the tail and just keep twisting. You have snakes in India, give it a try. Trust me, I read about it on the internet. How do you get oil from a snake?
