Little Tokins? 150W anode dissipation small? Should be good for a solid 25-30 watts class a single ended with good power supply. That would be the TKS1752 version.

25-30 single ended Watts may be very optimistic. 150W dissipation is likely at 25 degrees C. The Safe Operating Area is maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of 150W. ZM mentioned 24V at 1A8 (0.288 x 150W) in post #153 .

I see that two merchants on Aliexpress are advertising again. The offer now is US $180 for lots of ten with hundreds and hundreds of lots available. The merchant that sent me one non-2SK2087C in place of 10 of the real thing is one of the merchants.

I guess they believe there are suckers born every minute.

Hello guys,

just found this thread today and took a look to see what is all about.
To be honest at this moment I have other stuff going around and won’t build nothing but being greedy I do wish to stock a few pieces for my piece of mind and also for better night sleeping.
So I went ahead between my chinese suppliers of electronics stuff and asked for a quote.
It seems that these vfets sell for 12$/piece, received the same quote from 2 places.
I will order a few for me these days, if someone else is interested you can send me a message or maybe we can do a group buy to get a better price.


I attached a photo that one of the sellers sent that to me looks genuine.
Can someone please confirm?

I can also say that I’ve tried three separate listings on YOYCART, and I’ll have been cancelled and refunded due to ‘parts unavailable’. Schultsch, I would be interested in 2-4 parts, if you do place an order from a reliable vendor.

Would it be an idea to get price breaks first for different quantities, say 10, 30, 50, 100 or so, then people would know what they were potentially going to pay?
Regarding shipping where in the world are you?

I will ask also for price breaks.
I live in Romania I can ask the seller to ship anywhere in the world where someone wants to do the distribution to the rest.
