Hmm, Google failed me again! 🙁 This is starting to become a problem as it used to be quite accurate or at least admitted defeat.

Oh well, like Dave suggested, a rasp is what I've always used for flaring out the backside of a driver's/whatever cutout plus it's randomness/ roughness is actually technically superior to a router's chamfer.

Ahh I know what might work, I have rasps as a drill bit, if that makes sense...might just work.
 
Found a great solution to chamfering post build ...simply angled my jig saw 45 degrees....
