Given that you didn’t do it while the panel was outside the box, a big rasp can work very well. It won’t be as pretyt but just as effective. Chris had a specific router bit to do this.

Hmm, Google failed me again! 🙁 This is starting to become a problem as it used to be quite accurate or at least admitted defeat.
Oh well, like Dave suggested, a rasp is what I've always used for flaring out the backside of a driver's/whatever cutout plus it's randomness/ roughness is actually technically superior to a router's chamfer.

I work for a furniture manufacturer, will see if we have one, not convinced, as it's odd.
Ditto; while I have various size/shaped wood rasps, I typically used the bits available for my big power hand router used for doing various metal working/grinding/polishing to make quick work of it.

Speedy progress for such a large build and looking good! It may already be on your list but are you using any damping material in the driver chamber? Most of Scott's designs suggest a 1/2 felt lining to reduce reflections (I think?)
I did ponder that. I have some herwick sheep's wool (in a Matt form) that I was going to experiment with.
Nothing special, just bought bare wire, and teflon tube...thread the wire in the tube. That's it.
