Hi Randy,

joined just in September to the site it was of course too late for me to discover this group buy (and many others too :p...). Is there any chance to start a next round of this GB (or to get an option B package, or at least an option D)?
Thanks in advance.

I'm posting the gerber files plus the build docs I sent with the group buy shipments. If you've never made a run of PCB's before, you can compare pricing at:
https://pcbshopper.com/Out of habit, I end up going for https://jlcpcb.com/ every time. With DHL shipping it's typically about 10 days from submittal of order to arrive at my house.

Chances are you'll end up extra boards. For example, you'll need 1 or 2, but you may need to make a minimum run of 5 or 10 boards. Please offer up the extras to other users. I'm reasonably sure you'll sell them off in short order.

There are 2 types of boards. Make note of which one before you run the boards.
The standard board for a single SMPS brick (98% of builds?) - Filename: RT ACA PSU Filter PCB Gerbers.zip (this post)
Dual SMPS version (2% of builds?) - Filename: RT ACA Dual SMPS Filter PCB Gerbers.zip (next Post)

The good news is that if you make a run of the Dual SMPS boards by mistake, you can turn it into a standard board with a few scraps of wire for jumpers. Going the other way is not so simple...

Enjoy! Happy building!

rhthatcher, thanks so much for sharing this!!

I'm going to be trying out a 36v supply on my modded ACA, planning on just upping the electrolytic to one rated for 50v up from 35v. The other components look fine I think.

This board was super easy to install and makes a noticable improvement in extension, soundstage, and focus!

Anyone know how critical the choke value is? I can find 210uh 4A no problem but 180s are out of stock in the UK or big postage.
Not supercritical. Just note the physical size and the lead spacing. You may have to bend the leads a bit. Electrically your choice of 210uH is a little more inductance (so just fine), and 4A is a little lower current rating, but plenty for the circuit (so also perfectly fine).
