Broo all I asked was a simple question; I could indeed have gone ahead and reverse engineered the whole circuit to see what the current would be, but that was of very little use when it was likely someone else could just answer "yes." 😕
Demonise me for asking, but that was by far the most usual, logical question to ask.
I don't know who Honcho is 😱

this is really not address for asking that
find a way to contact Jason, he is DiyAudio Honcho

no one is demonizing you, guys are giving you way to learn - you'll need it, knowledge, if you want to mess with things demanding knowledge
damn circuits are so complex, so is it really so hard to figure out what currents are through one of dozen resistors?
never cry when someone is pointing you to better understanding; if you want to be spoon-fed, just lay down, and say - "I'm too stupid!" .......... it worked every time for me and , if you don't do it too often, you can do it regularly
- if you wish to represent Store, you need to find who owns Store, or at least is main Honcho; Jason (his full nick and name on Board) is.
Nelson: do we have leeway at the C1 position, just like in the B1K circuit, anywhere from 1uF - 10uF?
Thanks, Pete
Thanks, Pete
Maybe the H2 in the same chassis with Wayne's Line Stage would be an interesting Preamp. I may do that just to see what the sound difference is vs my Korg.
Just out of curiosity, I compared the 3 iterations (of the documentation). Not that I could interpret the effect of the variations in the values of H2 vs H2_v1, I just realized they're there.
And then comes the DIY H2 V2, which really is different. Fewer parts, different layout.
fascinating 😀

I'll be doing that as well as well as an add-on to my plain B1.
Cheers

All the leeway you imagine. And more.

Per the schematic, the current -3dB rolloff is at about 0.3Hz. Suggest using this simple calculator to see what other values of C1 produce:
High Pass Filter Calculator
I remember it to the least significant digit.
Me, 4 digits for sure then had to look it up (but had it right another 2 digits) [emoji851]
