For those dealing with customs on a regular basis – if I send these as USPS first class international in a large envelope, USPS is saying that I'm only allowed to mark the contents as 'documents' for customs. Do you anticipate customs issues if I were to go this route and mark the contents as 'transistor gift'?

I think the best way would be to mark them as transistor gift

value 2x2USD
Otherwise we risk to pay 40USD of custom file fees

How about saying they are free samples? Otherwise it is preferable to assign a low value of a few bucks, well below any tax threshold.

Yes, I have all the US-based labels created and ready. Just don't expect any movement until the weekend. I'll make note here when I drop them off at post office 🙂

I'll know soon – it may be largely dependent on location, and I may have just tried a one on the pricey side (which is only a couple bucks more than I charged). I'll starting running them and see where we land, but I think it'll work out just fine 🙂
