I think the problem is not with the amplifier. Or a source, or wires.
I can get the money back, return the amplifier to me.
Excellent.
Please give me your address and I will send it to you on monday.
Thanks!
I sent you a pm yesterday, but perhaps you don't really want to sell it? 🙂
I went to sleep.
It was late in Israel.
But is good that you have answers to your believes.
I use the improved PFFB, out of 46 amps sold, only the first person said he didn't like the sound. Maybe reason source?
Hi DrM...were these changes to PFFB made on the board I bought from you? Which components need to be altered if that’s not the case? The picture shows a opa1642 but you’ve been using 1656 now, correct?
Thanks, Pete

I use a Denafrip Pontus II with Denon 8500 as a Preamplifier only.
Are you sure the preamp out is set to full-range stereo? It may have the 80Hz HP active (small speakers).
Could you try connecting it via simple preamp, even a passive, skipping the Denon?

The denon is set to full range.
What is strange is when I used a Rotel (A/B) and even the one from 3eAudio which is not as good as the one of DrMordor, they had a fuller sound.
This is tight and more present on the middles.
Unfortunately I don't have a simple preamp.
I hope to receive a preamplifier at the end of March.
I changed the OPA and it's much better, but again, the middles are excellent, super clear but lack body.
Maybe it's a problem that we cannot understand or maybe my speakers are not so good for this amplifier.
Yes)
PSU onboard, any voltage))
C89 separated chip, 3,8V on input
Thank you friend!
Upgrading my TPA32 ...🙂
Thank you all for your suggestions and help.
DrMordor wants the board back and he will refund me.
Excellent service and super fair person!
Thank you Dr!!!

Thank you Dr!!!
Can anyone give me some advice for the value of a volume potentiometer to use with the various TPA325x Amplifier boards. I just feed mine from a Computer or DAC.
Many thanks.
James.
Many thanks.

Any good pot, alps rK27
I was looking to use the RK27 Alps but wanted to know what resistance would be best ??
Thanks
James

This is the Russian version of the TPA3255 board. I also wanted to buy one. There are negative reviews.
There is a Russian forum for this board from the manufacturer.

Dr Mordor, maybe the board is not ideal, but not an expensive option ...
I have been thinking for several months now whether to buy this board or make my own, right under the balanced input. Without any jumpers.

Balanced inclusion of the amplifier, forgives many PCB layout errors.Routing this PCB very bad.
Manufacturer TPA3255, originally designed an amplifier designed for high interference. Therefore, the amplifier was based on a balanced circuit of an input analog signal.
