I bought a DAC with a balanced output. Made with PCM5242.

Interesting! I'm about to buy a Topping E30 but if your amp sounds better with a balanced dac I can change my mind.
I look forward to hearing from you
Yes)))cool, it's enough to connect directly to TPA3250?

Will you be using it to test the group of boards you are finishing now (includes mine)? I ask because I will be using your amps with balanced inputs.
Thanks,
Rod

It would be interesting to know your opinion of any sound differences between balanced and single ended inputs as you do you testing. Thanks.
I intend to use it with balanced inputs. Having SE preamp outputs though, will use this SE to Bal converter: SparkFun THAT 1646 OutSmarts Breakout - BOB-14003 - SparkFun Electronics
When I got my Scarlett Solo which is balanced it sounded better than my Khadas Tone Board to my ears. The bass and mid improved.
I also have this HiFiBerry DAC+ Pro XLR which I have not tested yet as I need to make some leads, it plugs into a RaspberryPi. It cost £55. It did not test that well, worse than the Solo.
The Audiophonics DAC for my AllInOne amp tests well, it has SE and balanced outputs so I will be able to compare them.
