Special Chi Gong exercise to loosen up, especially for oldies, and our oldest oldie is 101:
It's more strenuous than it looks. But not in a way that gets you out of breath.
I'll stick with watching the kegel exercises.
Was that actually an audition for a black cat for a movie or TV show, I wonder?Aah, the good old days....!

Same island, same day. The final shot is the barge and tug boat ferry to get you onto the island. I was on the island looking back at the mainland.

Looks like a goat to me. What am I missing? I see sheep in the post above doing the Bahhhhh thing!here's a sheep (misidentified as a goat in the video title)
Doesn’t look too big.....was it ever owned by a single family? It looks very sparsely populated like it’s been ‘kept in the family’

Very cool setup it’s got.

Even as someone who always select the "Non-vegan" option on the menu, I can never eat rabbit.
Always smells like the cute bunny pets of my childhood.
Islands are interesting. Here in the UK we have one called Tresco. There are no foxes there, so chickens and pheasants run wild and grow fat.
Back in Portsmouth, that stupid pigeon was back for more Plum blossom. A juvenile, I think. The Bumblebee was flying into the room in occasional confusion.

I thought the shape of muzzle (thicker, longer, less conical) said "sheep". But maybe I'm the goat.Looks like a goat to me. What am I missing?
Taylor Swift sings badly without Autotune (there's lots of evidence online), but that goat/sheep seems to have plenty of vocal power, sustain, and excellent pitch.
Thanks for the farm pics - there is something calming and healing about animals, something we humans lost when our brains became big enough to be constantly lost in thought, most of it utterly useless.

Near the Golden Ears bridge? I didn't know there was a farm on it. I've seen it across the water from Surrey Bend regional park, and while driving over the bridge to Maple Ridge.Barnston island, BC Canada.
I'll have to visit that farm one day, when the Coronavirus pandemic is behind us. If the farm owners survive the financial hit.

After watching some youtube videos about tube amplifiers by Uncle Doug, I encountered this. I think, it is good to share given the circustances.
kcrmson: Don't try using "Let me center tap your output transformer" as a pickup line on the ladies, I just did and got slapped.
Uncle Doug: I guess that's better than offering them a chance to see your ground lug
