It seems a Royal Navy F-35B made an emergency landing at an Indian airport, saying low fuel.
It is still stuck on the open tarmac 7 days later, and is the butt of many jokes, somebody has even put it up for sale on a site called olx.
They have refused offers to keep it in a hangar, and a fuel top up did not work, so there is lot of speculation about the real fault, and a lot of jokes have been made about it.

In a certain langue (guess which) the light bulb is commonly called "electric pear", but officially rather called "incandescent lamp". And the LED lamp is logically called "incandescent LED". It sounds better in that certain language.
My friend and his wife had a cottage on Cape Cod. She was a teacher so returned to NJ in September. He was retired and stayed on the Cape until Thanksgiving. He had a very engaged social life in September, October and November attending church socials and pot-luck dinners, and always using the phrase "My wife left me".

I originally joined facebook to keep in touch with distant friends and family, but it's since learned my interests and posts on hi fi, steam trains, machine tools and terrible jokes pop up. A few of the pictures that I've shared on here come from facebook.
I get a lot of friend requests from young ladies, who either struggle to afford clothes, or live in a very hot climate.
