Paneer Pizza?

Tonight's experiment, it seems you can type almost any unlikely recipe into google and get returns. I found several youtubes from India with amazing fusion abominations. Cleaning out the fridge tonight in anticipation of a trip to the farm tomorrow to re-stock. Tikka paneer, tomatoes, mozzarella, Thai basil pesto, all on a cauliflower no carb pizza crust.

You are making my mouth water. Picks or it didn't happen. I have seen those cauliflower crusts but not bought or looked at the ingredients. Care to share?

Came out better than expected. Heated the grill to 600-700 F and put it on a cast iron pizza pan and turned down the burners after 5 min. or so and simply waited until it looked right.

I used a crust that we had left from an experimental buy which worked out fine but the folks at caulipower seem to have it nailed. They sell plain crusts. Caulipower 10 in. Gluten-Free Cauliflower Margherita Pizza, Size: 11.6 oz, White

Wife makes a reasonable substitution of cauliflower for potatoes in mashed, twice baked, etc. Unfortunately, missing last 4' of small intestine limits one's ability to fully digest these gluten-less concoctions and such.

Off to the British Isles and Norway for three weeks.

Cal,

After all these years of food bits, I am disappointed. I would have thought it was obvious that corn flakes go best with bourbon.

I guess some people prefer their corn in a bowl, not a glass. 🙂

The other day I tasted a cocktail made with vodka which was infused with popcorn shoots. Why popcorn rather than any other corn? No idea. However it was intriguing, there was a sort of herbal flavor and a definite corn flavor with buttery notes (or do I just associate butter and popcorn so much that I thought I tasted butter?). I have never tasted a drink like that before.

Just PM me an address and I can send you some! But I will not overnight them, seems amount wrap should do.

Thanks anyway Ed, I could do my own. What I want to try are celery sprouts, they were very interesting when I had them in China.

BTW my wife made me watch a hidden camera piece about fake/dangerous food in China last night. I didn't catch the youtube channel but it was beyond scary, I mean really beyond scary. Max should also check it out. When we went together to China the visa service said if my wife listed "writer" as occupation in any way the visa would be denied.

Well Ed, I'll have to trust you. After 56 years of using scotch, I think I stay the course.
Bourbon on the other hand I like to infuse with bacon and sip over the rocks on a warm evening.

Or a cool evening
or when it's raining
snowing
hail
lightning
hurricane
tornado

You get the point.
If anyone is interested it's really quite easy. Cook your bacon, crumble or slice finely, simmer in a small amount of water, combine with bourbon, chill, skim off the fat and strain.

Mmmm... Bacobourbon.

I have seen some YT videos of China fake food 😱, I would appreciate if you could dig into your YT history and post the link.
Yes, the Chinese are well aware of course of their food safety problems, this is why they are so keen for the Gworld solution starting with goods going into China and then domestic adoption of the provenance platform, the rest of the world will have to follow if they want to trade with China.

Their new website is now up Gworldgroup.com
