.....
Metal drill work on heat sink's is now ready and I completed all components exception small bias psu.
Let's run hot IXYS hockey pucks

impressive :)

though ..... you'll need two of these books ......... one under each heatsink , with pages constantly flapping , to push some forced air through fins , simply because those heatsinks are made for that :)

only in case that heatsinks are soooo big , their loss of efficiency in natural air flow conditions could be still irrelevant

Hope that's the case here , easy to check with temp. thingy

Thanks Zen Mod

Keep a large comfortable open space and distance from the floor make breath the two heat sink's in the natural convection way.
Hot air particles " jumping " always up and we get moving them all the time.
With fans is more efficient, but silence is the best music friend.
I am confident about capability, but I do temperature test.
It's " never too much heat sinks " example for sure.

Questions : What about 4.7 V ?
Any verified bias psu options ? Some better that others for audio ?

Ah i need jfet buffer it's for amp impedance match with audio source and AVC knob.
IXYS with his 20 dB of gain are plenty :yinyang:

Schade 50 are simulation of Digital-Do-Main 2SK77B.
Please any news , article or audio show from busy Mr Pass about this triode semiconductor amp in the future ?
Mystery species kind :treasure:

Audio signal board prototype with CCS on the heat sink, all connections are point-to-point :D

looking good

though , slightly too clean environment

:clown:

Thanks Vdi_N and ZM is worth of the good time on work bench.

@ Diyers
Now choice of 4V7 psu for bias.
Need go to the shop in town and search, buy few components.
LM317 ?
I have lot of IRFP's and LM 341 and little xformer 9 V sec.
