I like Snotty. I think that describes bad attitude pretty well 😀
Finally worked out what you guys were talking about with the Donair. In UK these are not food. They are what you eat when you are too drunk to think and have shaggy style munchies. All town centres have a van of death serving these to the unsuspecting.
Currently Europe is trying to get them banned due phosphate levels in the meat.

Scott -are there state fair goodies that even Anthony Bourdain wouldn’t eat?
Not sure, Bourdain and Zimmern are sometimes hard to figure. I know any of these things gets Guy Fieri to swoon.
Only thing I couldn't face at taste of chicago was a corndog.
It's such a nothing thing and one of the original fair park foods dating from the 60's. I think I ate one once, but can't be sure.

No "Chicken-fried steak"?
> American mustard is my favourite.
Me too.....Good 'Ol yellow .... Though some German ones aren't bad.

We go for real Russian mustard. It has to be that strong that it almost scorch my mustache.
Swedish mustard is lame and sweet. You could almost use raspberry jam instead.

Frenches Mustard, since 1904.
Corn dogs bring out the best of the south. Good cheap hotdogs and corn bread.
I used to make them for my kids when they were growing up, and they are about the only food I eat at the County Fair.

Always have an assortment around both German style and Dijon seeded or not. For horseradish it's the unprepared style in the states from places with predominantly German immigrants (blows the sinuses open).
I think this might be the year I finally plant some horseradish in a bucket (you have to constrain it as it takes over).
For sure ( by a long shot ) the best horseradish
I've had was home grown and made.
Not much more than the radishes mashed
and vinegar ( I think )

Holy Cow
Here we call horseradish *Kren*, its an austrian word
On the other side, i love Maille, they have a lot of several very good mustache imho.
Colemans from GB is also one of my favorites, especially for Beef Tartar or some variations of pork tenderloin.
I also tried to use it instead of wasabi with tuna sashimi, somehow i found it to be ok ^^
Sorry guys, i know, i have a bad attitude around food, please forgive me 😀

How to prepare horseradish? Secret recipe that I learnt from my father. We traditionally eat horseradish with cooked ham at Easter. But grating horseradish is a pain, at least with a cheese grater. The best to grind it on a meat grinder, it goes without tears. Then add some water, a little sugar and vinegar, and put it in a screw-capped bottle. I like it mixed with mustard too.
As for mustard, I prefer strong Russian, and I found some good Polish strong variant in Tesco.
