No leaks?
I'm not sure what you mean. Can you clarify about no leaks?
Thanks.

I think seanny was wondering if there are any specs /info of this new ACA V1.1 (or #2) that might have leaked out before its official launch at BAF. Only specs I saw was this post from Mr. Pass:
My M2 story
Knowing nothing about heatsinks, I wondered if I could trouble someone to let me know if this spec is ok for the ACA. Length I ordered is 10" (Qty2). This width was like $.30 per inch cheaper than some others close to this size, and now I'm afraid I might have gotten it wrong.
I still don't understand the c/w rating.
Extruded Aluminum Heatsink
Alloy: 6063-T5
Width: 4.850"
Fin Height: .66"
Base: .140"
C/W/3": approximately 2.25
Weight per Inch: .13

If you push 1 watt into that radiator temperature will rise 2.25 celsius

Thank you.
So pushing a maximum of 7 watts the temperature would be close to 16c or 60F. That sounds like it should be fine and never go hotter than room temperature unless I'm missing something. Or do I need to factor in ambient temperature as well?
Thank you.

It will be 16c warmer than your room

Ok, that's too hot. I need the amp to be on most of the day, and have 2 dogs and a cat, all with a curious nature.
I canceled the order and will get something larger with at least 1inch fins.
Thanks.
The thermal coefficient of 2.25 C/W is for a 3" long piece so a 10" piece will have better performance.
I think this will work better. It has 1 inch fins and a much thicker base and a c/w of 1.15. Same 10inch length or maybe 12.

PCBs and Keratherm pads ordered from DIYAudio store.
LSK170 ordered from NAC.
The rest from Digikey.
Just one thing I'd like to confirm:
LSK170A TO92 - This is the correct JFet for Q4, right?

more 170B
though , there is already asked and replied same question and solution
Ok, thanks. I reordered the correct B grade.
ACA Version 1.1 - Need new feedback resistor value
At Burning Amp Nelson presented ACA version 1.1; R15 was incorporated in the PCB, and there was a change to the feedback resistor; did anyone catch what the value was?

What do you think about 2 aca without output capacitors running balanced, with trafo ltr110 phase inverter on input? Worth a try?
short glance on picture yesterday , I had idea about bridging
