I'm using this vague answer only because some information about the distance from the wall and between speaker and listener is missing.
For me the BMR are working much better when they are not angled to the ears.
I've tried larger distances and the results are very stable in a smaller room.
The imaging and soundstage is not really changing.

The drawing is on scale, so the distance to the wall is > 2,5 meter. Th angle between speakers and listener is > 90 degrees. The speakers are facing to each other!

It can be possible but I don't see the point in doing so.
The advantage of the BMR technology is the homogenous frequency independent reproduction of sound in the room.
If you angle the speaker like in the drawing the advantage of the technology will be away IMHO.
2,5m away from the wall is not possible for me, so it will remain theoretical for me 😉

Yes, I have tried emailing them about their products with the possibility of placing an order but they do not respond readily, if at all. Probably just because I’m a ‘nobody’ nuisance DIY’er and therefore not worth the effort!
I was particularly interested in their 6” BMR which appears on their website but, as far as can tell, nowhere else on the internet.
I think they are missing out on some potentially good feedback and future sales by not having a proper online shop and decent communication.....but what do I know?....or care.

Your BMR picture is not entirely clear to me, mainly because of the lines drawn from the BM to the ears.
I suppose you intend to picture the BMR's facing each other on-axis, so the listener is situated approx. 45 degrees off axis in the listening triangle.
Maybe the holografic effect has to do with cross-talk cancellation.
Have you measured SPL at the listening position?

Really interested in those Ripoles with RA drivers. I’ve four 12” RA drivers doing nothing and I’d love a project for them. Do you have the details?

Last week, I experimented with impregnating for diffusers with a quartz nanopowder based composition. The result is very positive: the sound stage has become wider and deeper. If to compare directly with the speaker without impregnation, then there is less shouting on phonograms with high female vocals, violins and wind instruments.

I know it was done for the visual, but if you had moved the line of mini BMRs to one side, it would have helped with baffle step.
How do you like them? What's the XO?
I tried 4 little ones with one woofer. Horizontal dispersion was great, but vertical was limited to the height of the 4 little BMRs, of course dictated by the line array behaviour. You have to make sure your head rests at the same level as the line of minis.

You seem to be right. I'll try if I make another pair of such speakers. I like their sound, very detailed and tight, with excellent dynamics. XO is 1 kHz
