Connected everything. Led lights both on the control board and dam1021 lights up nicely. However no reaction on the OLED display 🙁 Will do some fault digging later. SK version

Ribbon is correct oriented and there is connection between the sk1021 and Oled. No life though.. I get 5.0Vdc at C104 on the oleds psu so it should also be ok.. also find 5.0vdc across C10 on the oled. It got power but doesnt light up
Disconnected the control unit and just use the sk1021 as PSU for the dam.(and Vac for an rpi) I2s and serial as before. At least it works.. I am not able to get the oled to work

Please change the direction of the control panel. This MCU notch is printed backwards. I'm really sorry. It's bothering you. The MCU is plugged in and won't be damaged. The firmware is up to date. I checked the records and only your MCU PCB needs to be inserted backwards.

BTW: Have ordered some pcbs for i2s - i2s(LVDS - hdmi factor) to test with rpi and this sk1021 (hdmi(lvds) - in) . Will let you know how it works out.

One more question:
Volume = 0 on the sk1021 is that equal to V=0 on the dam1021 (via serial).
So it is not possible to get past V=0? (hope so)
It is possible with serial interface to reach V=+10 (its useless)

Thanks alot. Just what I and many others needed. Have been asking Soekris about this a couple of times but no luck. Always distorted above +1..
Has anyone had their remote control always do a double button press? I've setup the remote as directed but every single keypress doesn't matter the duration is always registered twice. Maybe its the remote I am using? It's from an old DAC that I dismantled.
Try another remote control, please. We tested some remote controls, but they are not compatible with all remote controls.
Sort of bumping this.
BTW: I use an el cheapo ebay remote with great success for the sk1021 now.
