thanks Damir for this amp, sounds great, I am testing it and it give really nice dynamic in lows, big space in mids, highs are clean - like others said here 🙂
Now I prefered caps mica, with pp can sounds different ...
Nice build Miro, real DIY.
You are fast, last to buy the boards but first to present listening impression.
thanks Damir

Are the amps Richard is having manufactured the same version as your last released design or was the design tweaked at all?

Some improvements in the layout only.

Sorry to come late to the party.
I did not read every page of this thread, yet.
Perhaps if my questions have been answered already, someone could just link the appropriate place?
- are there actual frequency response curves made?
- images of the square wave response at 1kHz or higher??
- actual IM FFT plot(s)??
- measured THD graph?
- actual amp clipping waveform?
- square wave with an appropriate capacitive load?
The sims look quite good, my interest is in real world performance vs. other amps that I have or could be built. Personally thinking it is time to try a 21st century super low distortion design.

Would there be ANY interest in a new board to incorporate all updates and or changes and the regulators and maybe protection circuits? Dadod?

Krisfr, when you say that what do you mean the amp or the ps regulator?
A combination of both.
Do you mean one PCB, not separate boards?
I had interest on 2 amplifier pcb, or on the layout in "sprint layout" format.

Gerd
Hi Gerd,
I have one last pair of the 100W CFA boards, and some more pairs with minor solder mask errors(cheaper, easily corrected). If you are interested let me know.

Yes, all for one channel on 1 board 200 watt type. To build mono blocks.
Hello Damir,
yes , i take the last pair.

all in one is not best for diy amp, it looks nice, but ... 😕
Can you explain why you think this?all in one is not best for diy amp, it looks nice, but ... 😕
It's easier to solve any ground loop errors.
It's easier to get rid of the heat.
It inherently does not need HBRR&HBRL.
It becomes possible to locate the amplifier beside the speaker.
