Hi Paul, thanks for the reply. The pre board I am using already has a relay resistor volume control which sits on the output side rather than the more conventional pot then gain stage so I was hoping just to add input switching with ht bypass without the volume control for this project. Is that possible with this setup?

Is this with 25 or 50 steps?
I tried with 60 steps, and the hump moved to step 29-30. This looks like a problem with the middle step.
I build another PCB, this time with NSL-32SR3 instead of SR2. Not only that it worked, there is also no volume bump in the middle.

You mean just use it for input switching with IR control?

Yup , don't even need remote if that poses issues.

You could just use it for input switching. Optionally you could strip out all the code that drives the LDRs etc.

Good stuff , any idea how to use say 3 inputs one of which is the ht bypass which connects input to output , totally bypassing the gain stage?😕
Nice work Nikos! Did you get it working with 5 inputs and 2 outputs?
Hi Paul
Yes it working good now with 4 inputs and 2 outputs. But i have little noise at the middle 30-35 of volume i think something happen with the way i pull out the Gnd input -output ,i think must pull out the cables from the same spot of GND.

You could do this but you would need to cut a number of tracks on the input board for the third input so that you could use it instead as a c/o relay at the output.
Absolutely, I have already built four. I am fitting it in all of my amps.

Does anyone have spare boards for sale?
Got it, question closed, thanks
When I compared speed of my ssd1306 oled code with lcd one, I realised that oled is much too slow. I am now working on speeding up u8glib variant or reducing mem usage of adafruit lib. Any suggestions welcome.

I managed to write a very fast and compact OLED VxD code using SSD1306 Ascii library. It seems to have even faster refresh rate than LCD.
