Hi Juan,
SP ERR LED works only when relay not energised (only 3 sec.)
When Q5(BS170) not conduct LED1 lit

oh .... ok, understand now 🙂, thank you, I will give a few more revisions of the layout, the PCB supply is quite big, I will see if I can reduce a bit more if not I do not mind this is one of my supply and is quite large = (grande) = large 😛
Best Regards

Hello mister Manoj I think the layout is almost done can you give a check when you get chance = "time" on the schematic you send me there is another option "Optional limiter" since my PCB is quite large I think I can find some space for that circuit what part number is the LDR mister Manoj ?

smps for classe d
I received my transformer pc40 49/32/19. can i have 1500w with him for my classe d amplifier without saturating ?
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

NSL32 can be used or ordinary ldr with white led
thank you sir 🙂
I will search online for those options

Hi Mr.Manojtm.I plan to try one of your simple D amp design which using 74LS02.what"s the replacement for this ic series.its a rather hard to find.I've tried to upload the scheme but always failed.

here more updated LC meter i also made and it works well
small 100uh coil can be found on defective tv or psu
mr. you can share component layout, Thank you.
good evening everyone this is my first post rode the IRS3000D amplifier with 2 pairs of IRFP4227 with supply +/- 80v but the IR2110 heats +/- 65 degrees this temperature is normal or giving to decrease this temperature at the IC required
please this AUD600 amplifier heats the IR2110 IC
Hi,
Using low Qg(20nC)& low Ciss with high fsw(400KHz) It will not heat up and Qg=70nC with 250KHz the same low temp (@40deg)
Qg=70nC ,Ciss=2300pf and fsw=300KHz IR2110 heat @45deg

Hi.
I have a question. Is oscilator 250khz works without MOSFETs?
When it gives to input signal 1 kHz sine wave, at 10 and 12 pin IR2110 have also 1kHz.
The frequency should be ~250khz. Why the oscillator does not work?

My rework on IRS900D, it is a scaled down version using IRF640N fet at +-45vdc PSU. Ideal for Home HIFi 😉. This mod is a combination of Joel and kartinos work, Thank you guys for the idea.
nice work . have you tried to put it on without speakers connected ???
..during. my test I was exchanging speaker load between a real 6ohms speaker and a dummy 8ohms resistive load...but I haven't intentionally fired it up without speakers..but if kartinos finding is correct it should then survived..😉
BTW in the schematic I miss to include the 4k7 Gate to Source resistor and a 15k tap to +Vdd feeding the high side.
Season's Greeting's!
