Oops it is dual sided , I learnt the hard way dual sided boards are better than single sided also i strictly use smd . for the above reasons

yeah,its okay,I know that you prefer dual layer with smd parts than single,I had guessed it before.I'll use matrix board pcb.if you has completed and try it please review it here.

hi robson irs900 works nicely but if you disconnect speaker or load while the amp is playing it fails 😡😕

Try to add exactly here for output stage.

And this is secret recipe to prevent your amp from sudden fail, dead mosfet instantly. I believe it is also your nightmare.

The above two recipe will make your amp very rugged. Even you can play with supply up to 140Vdc supply and maybe more if you get proper mosfet. A lot of chance. Don't limit yourself 🙂

This is my Schematics D2KNeo and PCB picture. Just to give you idea, of maybe redraw from this picture. 2 sets mosfet Class D. I cannot give PDF of layout. You cannot just simply move this picture as some tracks are optimized to get very less capacitance hence as small as possible for small signal. Just give you idea.

Don't worry. It is very stable after. You can play switch on an off as much as you can without smoke, or you forget to put speaker and maybe speaker cable cut accidentaly.

One missing info, the cap GND need jumper to GND port as too small at the present PCB for trial. The other is just fine.
