Is that a SCHURTER (1241.6834.1124000) mains switch you have implemented? Very nice and outstanding build.
Question For WaterW about softstart pcb
Hello Walter,
as some others here, I am inspired with your builds.
in your last build, showcase http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/pass-labs/166784-pictures-your-diy-pass-amplifier-314.html#post4302570
You use a softstart board, this looked familiar, and found some on ebay, what is your experience with this board?
did you buy on ebay?, or have you found the board at another source?, when other source are you willing to share the source?
Grtz

Hi together,
this is my D1 Clone, thanks to Papa! This board is from Spencer, it took some time to go to the "last" housing (years!?). 😀
Black Gates, Vishay Z-Foil for I/V and som little things more. Now it ist time to play with the PCM 63P K2 ore Y ore something and some kind of receiver are here. Let's play!
Hi Carsten,
Looks very nice. A bit similar to the case me and some friends are designing for our projects.
I was wondering how the labeling / text on the back panel was done. Could you enlighten us?
Thank you,
Maarten

Hi acamilicko,
cool front and top plate and power supply work, wish I had access to some proper metal working tools.

Yikes, all those panels with foil protection, you must really enjoy spending cash.

There's something I really like about the measured ruled lines. It would be fun to etch/machine measurement lines on the finished panels. Looks like it was made with human hands with tools. Nice!!!

Passing single wires through holes in metal panels can cause problems, especially ferrous panels. Aluminium may be less of a problem.

Beyond the sad interpretations and then sad counsels about constructions tips that someone of Our forum members can take , who never and ever show anything, your job is amazing, witty and original. Aesthetically superior.
